Refund policy

At Mrs. T's Crea8ion's, each item is custom-made and handcrafted specifically for the customer. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit.

All sales are final.

In the rare event that an error is made by Mrs. T's Crea8ion's, such as receiving the wrong item, incorrect customization, or a verified production mistake, we will remake the item at no additional cost to the customer.

To be eligible for a replacement, customers must notify Mrs. T's Crea8ion's within 48 hours of receiving their order and provide clear photographs of the issue for review.

If a replacement is approved, the original item must be returned along with all original packaging, accessories, embellishments, and included materials. The item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition. Replacement items will not be produced or shipped until the original item has been received and inspected.

Replacement requests will not be approved for incorrect device information provided by the customer, changes in personal preference after production, minor variations that naturally occur in handmade products, damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or improper handling.

Mrs. T's Crea8ion's reserves the right to deny any replacement request if the item is not returned in its original condition or if the request does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.

Approved replacement items will be remade and shipped within the standard production timeframe.
